Christian Ortega was born in Secaucus New Jersey. He has always had a passion for acting and the arts. After dabbling in a few short films at Emerson College he began studying the ‘Meisner’ acting technique full time at Carnegie Hall, under the guidance of Master Acting teacher Robert X. Modica. Christian currently lives in Los Feliz California and is sharpening his performance abilities through 'Scene Study' at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.

2011 was filled with many successes for Christian including the lead role in a comedic tv pilot called 'A Special Education'. He is headed full steam into 2012 after just having landed a lead role in a Science Channel show called 'First Contact', a program that depicts a hypothetical scenario of first contact with extra terrestrials.
